Peace of mind for hospitality owners
Switch off.
Stay connected.
You’ve put a lot into your venue.
You should be able to switch off after lock-up.
Get an alert when temperature or humidity goes above or below your set limits. Keep venue conditions and daily checks in view, with a little less on your mind when you’re away.
A demo around your venue. A clear place to start.

More clarity at work. More headspace after it.
Sound familiar?
The doors are closed.
Your mind is still open.
You’ve done the final checks. Turned off the lights. Headed home. But the little questions have a way of coming with you.
Is the cool room still holding temperature?
The stock you’re counting on tomorrow.
Did the rear door get closed?
The detail you can’t see from home.
Did everyone finish their checks?
The message you’d rather not have to send.
Picture it in your venue
The same venue.
A little less on your mind.
Follow an evening into the next morning.
Choose a moment to see the difference.
Lock up with a clearer head.
The last table has left. The last thing you need is a string of messages asking what’s been done.
See the closing checks in one place, with a name and a time beside them. Leave knowing where things stand.

An example day, using made-up readings and people. V.360 helps you see and respond; it doesn’t resolve issues for you. Readings and alerts depend on reporting intervals and connectivity. Limits shown are examples, not recommended settings.
Bring the loose ends together
A clearer picture.
Fewer things to chase.
A check at closing tells you about that moment. A message tells you what someone remembers. V.360 brings reported conditions and completed checks into one view, so you have more to go on.

your full attention.
The simple idea behind it
Small sensors.
A bigger picture.
Wireless venue monitoring keeps an eye on temperatures, humidity, doors and rooms. QR checklists help your team record the essentials. V.360 brings both sides of your venue together.

Start with the thing
that’s on your mind.
Show us what matters.
Tell us about your venue and the things you find yourself checking twice. We’ll shape the demo around them.
Start in the right place.
Choose the conditions and daily checks that would make the biggest difference to your day. You can start small.
Make it part of the routine.
Connect your sensors, place your QR codes and set up checks and limits to suit your venue. Then check in wherever you are.
We’ll help you work out the fit, the setup and where to begin.
Is V.360 right for my kind of venue?
V.360 is designed around everyday hospitality routines, from a single café or restaurant to a group of venues. If you’re checking cool rooms, doors or whether daily tasks are done, we can walk through a setup with you. The demo is a chance to work out the fit for your venue.
Can I start small?
Absolutely. We can help you focus on one cool room, a few important doors or a set of daily checks first. The setup can grow with your venue and the way your team works.
Will I need to run wires around my venue?
The sensors are battery powered and communicate wirelessly using LoRaWAN. A small V.360 Hub connects them to the platform. The hub needs power and an internet connection, and we will help you choose suitable sensor locations.
Will I get an alert if conditions change?
Yes. V.360 alerts you when a temperature or humidity reading goes above your upper limit or below your lower limit. You choose the limits to suit what you’re monitoring, so you don’t have to keep checking the board. Readings and alerts depend on sensor reporting intervals and connectivity. We’ll show you how the alert setup works in your demo.
Can I check in when I’m away?
Yes. Open Venue Monitor on your phone, tablet or computer to see the latest reported conditions and anything that needs attention. You will need an internet connection to access your venue.
How do the QR checks work?
Place a QR code where a check needs to happen. Staff scan it, follow the checklist and add notes or photos where needed. Completed checks record who did them and when, so you can review what has been done.
Does room monitoring tell me who is there?
Room monitoring shows whether a space is occupied or available. It does not identify people or provide a count of everyone in the room.
You’ve done enough guessing for today
What would you like
off your mind?
A cool room. The closing checks. The door at the back.
Let’s show you what a clearer picture could look like.
